In short, we do accept returns but there are some conditions.
Non-Faulty Items
If you have ordered only 1 pair of socks and if they have been worn then we can not accept them as returns.
If you have ordered more than one pair and worn one pair and decide you don't like them then you can return the other pairs for a refund.
If you have ordered the wrong model of socks or the wrong colour then you can return them for a refund.
For non-faulty items you need to pay the postage costs for the return.
Faulty Items
Any item that is faulty can be returned even if it has been used. Used items must be washed before return. If unwashed items are returns they will not be accepted and posted again to you and you will be charged a handling fee of £5. Washed faulty items returned to us will have the postage charge incurred by you refund to your card.
